Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Muse ships worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination. Please note that duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order status directly from your account dashboard under "My Orders".
What are the shipping costs?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of $15 applies for domestic shipping and $30 for international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Customized or engraved items are final sale.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please visit our Returns Center or contact our concierge team at support@muse.com. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Product Care

How do I care for my Muse jewelry?
To maintain the shine of your jewelry, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. We recommend removing your pieces before swimming or showering and storing them in the provided Muse pouch when not in use.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all Muse jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (such as bent rings or broken chains), or accidental damage.
